First, I want to welcome you on board to Appeal Training and let you know that you’ve made an excellent decision. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to get started, so we suggest a couple of things. First, check out or tour video inside the support center here which will help you get the most out of Appeal Training right now based on your current membership level. Second, head on over to our “Courses” page and start working through the appeal topic that best fits your current denial issues. Finally, don’t forget to sign up for one of our LIVE appeal webinars. It’s your opportunity to learn more about appeal techniques and get your questions answered in real time. Don’t be too overwhelmed with all the information that we have here at Appeal Training.
